Enhanced Monitoring Unit

Enhanced Monitoring Unit

Generations at Neighbors is proud to offer an Enhanced Monitoring Unit. This unit offers designated beds, specifically created for patients and residents with complex medical conditions, and therefore, at a higher risk for complications.  The goal is to safely manage and treat these patients and residents in place, minimizing unnecessary trips to the hospital when changes in conditions occur.

Patients in this program will undergo an assessment by their Primary Care Physician and/or a Nurse Practitioner within 24 hours of arrival.

In addition, they will receive frequent visits from their MD or NP, or more often as necessary.

Further, some of the critical aspects of the program include:

  • Individualized Care Plans and Customized Care
  • 24-Hour Close Medical Monitoring
  • Dedicated Specially Trained Clinical Staff
  • In-House Treatments
  • Increased Medical Professional Involvement
