Thank you for all of your support during this pandemic. We are thankful for our community during this time and look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as possible. Today, it is my duty to inform you that as a result of our proactive and robust testing program, we have had a positive resident or staff member test result. This may have an impact on upcoming visits with your loved ones, so please contact the Facility for more information about our current vistiation policy.
The Facility will continue to engage in COVID mitigation and control procedures, including increased testing and other recommendations by the CDC, CMS, IDPH or our local health department. The Facility is currently in Phase One of the CMS and Illinois re-opening plan. This means that visitation will be outdoors only.
Stay safe and again, thank you for being a part of our Facility community.

Today I am writing to let you know that our current round of routine testing has resulted in additional positive resident or staff member test results. Currently, there is no indoor visitation at the Facility. Please contact the Facility for more information about our current outdoor vistiation policy. We will do our best to accommodate your visits, but we ask that you all have patience with us as things change.

We have received more positive test results as part of our routine testing program. We continue to monitor the whole facility for symptoms and will respond appropriately. At this time, visitor restrictions are in place, please call for additional details.

I am writing to report new positive resident and staff COVID-19 tests. At this time, we are removing impacted staff from contact with residents who are still testing negative. Residents are being segregated in the Facility by COVID status and we are working hard to prevent the spread of the virus. Visitor restrictions remain in place. Please contact me with any questions.

I am updating you today on additional staff and resident positive test results that we received as part of our weekly routine testing. The impacted staff member has been removed from resident contact and we are continuing to test staff and residents on a routine basis. Residents are being co-horted based on their COVID status to prevent the spread of the virus in the Facility.
We do have increased infection control protocols in place and have implemented other quarantine measures for our residents. At this time, there are visitor restrictions in place. Please contact me if you have any questions about contacting your loved ones.
