Generations at Neighbors is proud to announce our new addition to the campus which is 75-80% completed as well as our Alzheimer’S Unit addition which is currently 95% completed with target dates for completion by August 2016.
We are so proud of the progress made and how this will enrich the lives of our current and future residents. Currently we are working on installing sidewalks and paving the front parking lot and our property’s landscaping is scheduled to begin in the next two weeks. The new addition is being painted; finishes are being installed as well as new therapy room ceilings.
The existing building is being updated with remodeled residential bathrooms that will include new tile floors, backsplashes, and other new amenities. Also in the residential rooms residents are receiving new paint, sinks, flooring, windows and window treatments, televisions and upgraded air conditioning units. The corridors of the existing facility will have new energy efficient lights, handrails, flooring and wall protection.
